Responsibilities
- Supporting service users with complex mental health needs
- Conducting access and assessment procedures
- Managing keyworker responsibilities for assigned clients
- Investigating safeguarding concerns to ensure client safety
- Completing Care Act assessments and social circumstances reports
- Maintaining detailed case records and documenting casework accurately
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective support
- Required Skills – Community Social Work Social Worker
- Qualified Social Worker status with relevant social care experience
- Proven experience in mental health social work
- Strong assessment and keyworker skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and Care Act assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
