Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join them on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE: Senior Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South London / remote
RATE: £45.00 to £55.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 6 months with possibility of extension
Please note that this position would require office attendance 1 day per week.
The Role
- To manage a full caseload of complex commercial property matters through to completion.
- Matters will include sales, purchases, leases, licences, etc.
- Good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
- Experienced in managing complex caseloads of Commercial Property matters.
- Previous local authority experience would be essential for this position.
