The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its well-established Commercial Property team in Lincoln. Role: Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Lincoln – hybrid working
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (D.O.E.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to completion.
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to a diverse client portfolio.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property (essential).
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide practical, solutions-driven advice.
