We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to support a tenancy in Chorley, supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading by example within a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Care Supervisor role or a similar senior care position
  • Strong experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A driver licence is preferred

Role Details

  • 40 hours per week
  • Rota to be discussed at interview
  • Pay rate: £17.17 per hour
  • Salary equivalent: approximately £35,700 per annum
