We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to support a tenancy in Chorley, supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading by example within a supportive environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Previous experience in a Care Supervisor role or a similar senior care position
- Strong experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A driver licence is preferred
