Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Durham. They are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) – £44.48 £48.87 per hour
Umbrella – £50-£55 per hour
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:

  • Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
  • Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
  • Providing legal advice and support to the company\’s clients in matters related to childcare and protection
  • Able to do advocacy when needed

About you as a Childcare Solicitor :

  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law
  • Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
