Key Responsibilities
- Undertake high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments for children and young people aged 0–18.
- Recommend and implement appropriate equipment and adaptations.
- Use clinical reasoning to develop effective, personalised intervention plans.
- Work in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals.
- Promote independence, safety, and inclusion within the community.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and safe working practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience or interest in working with children and young people with disabilities.
