Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload within a community social work team

  • Carry out face-to-face visits and interventions

  • Work in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to deliver effective outcomes
  • Maintain accurate case records and prepare professional reports

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Completed ASYE
  • Experience working with adults in a statutory setting
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act, MCA, etc.)
  • Strong assessment and case management skills
