Service Care Solutions, in partnership with Haringey Council, is currently recruiting for a Camera Enforcement Operator to help deliver efficient and lawful traffic, parking, and moving vehicle enforcement via CCTV systems, including mobile ANPR vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV equipment in control rooms and mobile vehicles.
- Review footage and issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with enforcement policies.
- Maintain accurate records and compile evidence for appeals or investigations.
- Identify and report signage issues, obstructions, or equipment faults.
- Handle sensitive data securely in compliance with GDPR and Council policies.
- Work collaboratively with Council teams, Police, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Experience in CCTV traffic or parking enforcement is essential.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and exemption rules.
- Competent with IT systems used for evidence review and PCN issuance.
- Full UK driving licence (required for mobile enforcement).
- Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making skills.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (10:00β19:00 typical shift).
