Multi‑Skilled Bricklayer – Location: Bury – Contract: 12 weeks Temporary with possible extension – Salary: £23p/h – Umbrella LTD

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Bricklayer to join our team on a 3‑month contract in Bury, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work across occupied and void properties, delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out bricklaying and a range of associated multi‑skilled repairs.
  • Complete responsive repair work efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Work in both occupied and void properties.
  • Use a tablet to update completed work, record progress, and order materials.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bricklayer with multi‑skilled maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Confident using a tablet or mobile device to manage jobs.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Own battery‑powered tools.
