  • Ensuring all asbestos works comply with current regulations, including CDM and Control of Asbestos Regulations.
  • Managing contractor performance and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout every project.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Identifying project risks, recording lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Completing compliance survey audits and ensuring accurate asset records are maintained.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and share best practice.

Qualifications

  • BOHS P402 or P403/P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Experience working within housing, construction, asbestos consultancy or contractor environments.
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing contractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver best value.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business use required). A company vehicle may be available where appropriate.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
