Overview
Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong plastering skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
- Complete plastering repairs to a high standard.
- Undertake a range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Accurately record completed works and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
- Strong plastering experience is essential.
- Additional trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating or flooring are advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
