Location: Lancashire / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload of pre‐litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims.
- Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings.
- Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish.
- Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Personal Injury.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets.
