Are you passionate about community safety and neighbourhood wellbeing? We are currently seeking a dedicated Safer Neighbourhood Officer to join our team for a contract opportunity lasting 2 weeks. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in housing and community engagement who want to make a tangible difference in local neighbourhoods.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive community engagement to improve neighbourhood safety
- Liaise with local authorities, residents, and stakeholders to identify concerns and develop solutions
- Assist in implementing safety initiatives tailored to community needs
- Provide detailed reports on activities and community feedback
- Collaborate with police, housing agencies, and other partners to foster safer environments
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing antisocial behaviour and crime
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and community interactions
Qualifications:
- Experience in housing or community safety or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
