Service Care Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm in Birmingham seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Provide a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Manage transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, Conveyancing Executives, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with relevant residential conveyancing experience.
