Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an Adult Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner on a two-week contract to join our client’s safeguarding team. You will lead safeguarding enquiries, support daily operations with another Advanced Practitioner, and supervise experienced Social Workers and Care Navigators.
You will deliver consultations on safeguarding matters, including referrals and Mental Capacity Assessments, while triaging referrals to optimise case management and ensure compliance.
