We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join a repairs and maintenance team covering the Nottingham, Leicester and Derby areas. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties. We’re looking for a Labourer with a full driving licence and experience in construction or domestic housing. A van and fuel card will be provided along with a company mobile and uniform.
Duties:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with responsive repairs and maintenance work
- Carrying out general labouring duties across void and occupied properties
- Loading, unloading and transporting materials, tools and equipment
- Preparing work areas before repairs and ensuring sites are left clean, safe and tidy upon completion
- Removing waste materials, rubble and old fixtures, ensuring correct disposal in line with company procedures
- Assisting with property clearances and preparing void properties ready for refurbishment
- Undertaking basic repair tasks where appropriate, including minor demolition, lifting, moving materials and general maintenance
Employment Details:
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full‑time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £17.85Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.32 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37‑hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
