Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Local Authority Assessment, Safeguarding & Disability Team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team, carrying out assessments and supporting adults to maintain their independence while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
- Complete moving and handling assessments.
- Recommend specialist equipment and home adaptations.
- Support adults with disabilities, long-term conditions, and complex care needs.
- Contribute to safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
- Develop and review person-centred support plans.
- Work closely with service users, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC Registration.
