What you’ll be doing: Business development – Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone-based and face-to-face engagement. Candidate sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking. Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals. Building Long Term Relationships – Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates. Achieving & Exceeding Targets – Working towards individual and team performance targets.
