Practice Manager in Brighton Salary: Negotiable depending on experience | Full-Time | Permanent
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or senior primary care professional looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, leadership and development of a GP Practice.
The Role
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the GP Practice
- Leading, managing and supporting practice staff
- Managing workforce planning, recruitment and staff development
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
- Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, policies and regulations
- Supporting clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
- Managing practice finances, budgets and resources
- Monitoring performance and supporting delivery against QOF and other primary care targets
- Developing and maintaining effective practice policies and procedures
- Working closely with GP Partners, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Supporting the practice with service development and continuous improvement
- Ensuring effective communication between staff, patients and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager or senior management role within Primary Care
- Strong understanding of GP Practice operations
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead a multidisciplinary team
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
