Overview
Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner – Locum (ANP/ACP/GP).
Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to support a GP Surgery in the Huddersfield area (HD2).
This is a short-term locum opportunity with flexible sessions across June and July.
Role type: Contract (Locum). Contract length: 2 weeks (with multiple ad hoc clinics scheduled). Location: Huddersfield, HD2.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of patient care as an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner in a GP practice environment.
- Manage acute and same-day presentations confidently and safely.
- Work autonomously within the surgery, liaising with the wider team as required.
- Undertake assessments, decisions, and onward referrals in line with service pathways.
- Use NHS Smartcard and EMIS (experience required) to support clinical documentation and workflows.
