Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Primary Care Centre in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACP or ANP seeking flexible locum work to fit around their schedule.
Role Details
- Location: Morecambe / Heysham
- Setting: Primary Care (GP Surgery)
- Rate: £45 per hour (LTD)
- Hours: Typically 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (flexible)
- Days: Flexible to suit your availability
- Contract: ASAP – March 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver same‑day acute clinics, minor illness appointments, and chronic disease management
- Conduct both face‑to‑face and telephone consultations
- Assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans
- Prescribe safely (if qualified)
- Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS
- Work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT
- Provide confident, autonomous decision‑making during high‑demand periods
Requirements
- Qualified ACP / ANP with primary or urgent care experience
- Level 7 Masters Qualification
- Strong autonomous clinical assessment skills
- Valid Smartcard (essential)
- Proficiency in EMIS
- Full right to work in the UK
