Adaptations Surveyor (Contract) – 2-week contract opportunity.

This role involves conducting assessments and surveys related to property adaptations to support vulnerable residents.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed adaptations surveys in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.

Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate adaptation projects.

Ensure surveys are completed accurately and promptly, adhering to deadlines.

Provide expert advice on suitable adaptations to meet residents' needs.

Document and report survey findings, recommendations, and required works.

Maintain a strong presence in the city daily to deliver face-to-face services to vulnerable residents.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during site visits.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Proven experience as an Adaptations Surveyor.

Knowledge of domestic adaptations and relevant legislation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must have a valid DBS clearance.

A presence in the city is essential, with access to excellent transport links; location less than 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria Station.
