Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well‑known and highly regarded law firm in Accrington for an experienced Will & Probate Solicitor to join their growing Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with 4 years PQE who is looking to join a supportive and forward‑thinking firm offering long‑term career progression and flexible working arrangements.

Location: Accrington – Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
  • Managing Probate and Estate Administration matters from instruction to completion
  • Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Handling Trust matters and inheritance tax planning

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with 4 years PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
