Service Care Solutions are working with a leading law firm in Aberdeen, who are seeking a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial property matters, supporting solicitors with high-quality administrative and legal support.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial property documentation.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence.
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements.
- Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting solicitors in daily case management and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role, ideally in commercial property.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
