Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for an award-winning Law Firm based in North Yorkshire. They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum DOE.
Responsibilities as a conveyancer:
- Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
- Able to manage own files from start to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
About you as a conveyancer:
- Strong knowledge of residential and conveyancing procedures
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
