This firm is seeking a talented Solicitor – EL/PL & Clinical Negligence to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. About the Role:
As a Solicitor – EL/PL & Clinical Negligence, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, primarily relating to employers/public liability and medical negligence cases. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will work under the supervision of partners, contributing to a firm known for providing exemplary legal services with a caring approach.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of EL/PL and medical negligence claims efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments
- Work autonomously, ensuring all case documentation and deadlines are met
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm by delivering high-quality work
Candidate Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a solid traineeship and/or up to 3 years PQE in personal injury litigation
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercial approach
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
