Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling law Firm based in Leigh. They are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding legal team.This role pays a competitive salary of £30K – £55K annum DOEThis is on a hybrid basis after probation.Responsibilities as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of improved conveyancing processes.
- Dealing with general conveyancing tasks.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of residential property law and changes in legislation.
About you as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX), with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
