Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in Walsall, which is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality litigation services to clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the expansion of our department.

Location: Walsall – hybrid working

Salary: Competitive (will discuss at application)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters from start to completion, including complex shareholder/director/partnership disputes, injunctive relief, and contractual claims.
  • Handle commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
  • Provide team support and mentoring when required.

Required Skills:

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 10+ years of PQE in Commercial Litigation law.
  • Demonstrable experience of handling commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
  • Broad knowledge of litigation more generally.
  • A track record in supervising and mentoring junior fee earning staff.
