Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded law firm, based in Gloucestershire, which is looking for a skilled Family Solicitor to join their Private team. As a Private Family Solicitor, you will be providing direct support to the company’s carefully built client list.

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

Key Requirements of the Family Solicitor role:

  • Manage a full caseload of family law from start to completion.
  • Deal with exclusively private family law matters. This will include but is not limited to civil partnerships, financial settlement, divorce, prenuptial agreements.
  • Assist with business development on behalf of the team.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Family Law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law practices and procedures.
  • Have a compassionate approach to clients, and the capability to navigate emotionally charged situations while maintaining objectivity and providing sound legal counsel.
