Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. If you have experience in Housing Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
- Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience
- PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 per hour
This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Senior Housing Lawyer:
- Build and maintain excellent client relations acting as a role model to achieve service and council wide objectives.
- A strong understanding in Housing Disrepair and Rent Possession work.
- Where appropriate, to demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
About you as a Senior Housing Lawyer:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Housing Law.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure.
