They are seeking an experienced Legal Partner specialising in Employment Law to join their team in the Manchester office. This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Legal Partner:

  • Advise employers on all aspects of employment and labour law, including:
  • Employment contracts and policies
  • Terminations, redundancies, and restructurings
  • Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
  • Discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing issues
  • Collective labour relations and trade union matters
  • Represent clients in employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings
  • Provide strategic, risk-based advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives
  • About you as a Legal Partner:

    • Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate
    • 10+ years PQE experience in Employment Law
    • Proven track record managing complex Employment matters independently
    • Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
