They are seeking an experienced Legal Partner specialising in corporate law to join their team in the Manchester office. This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Legal Partner:
- Lead and manage complex domestic and cross-border transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
- Coordinate with regulatory, tax, employment, and other specialist teams
About you as a Legal Partner:
- Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate
- 10+ years PQE experience in Corporate Law
- Proven track record managing complex corporate matters independently
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
- Experience advising corporates, investors, and financial institutions
