Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular Local authority based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Licensing Solicitor to join their team on a 3-month contract basis (with potential to extend). If you have experience in Data Protection, Licensing and Regulatory and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
- Umbrella rate - £45-£50 an hour depending on experience
- PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £40.10- £44.50 per hour
Responsibilities as a Licensing Solicitor:
- Considerable knowledge of law and practice relating to Licensing law.
- Able to plan and organise own workload, with minimum supervision, and to strict deadlines.
- Able to anticipate changes needed to meet organisational objectives and identify strategies to overcome difficulties.
About you as a Licensing Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a current practise certificate
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure.
