We’re recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a nationally recognised Employment team working with a broad range of employer clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations. This role offers high-quality, varied work in a collaborative and supportive environment, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload, from advisory matters to Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Advising employers on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, and senior exits
  • Supporting corporate and commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions
  • Running tribunal claims end-to-end, including drafting pleadings and advocacy
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Supporting business development and client relationships

About You

  • 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (might have some flexibility)
  • Strong experience advising employer clients
  • Confident managing tribunal claims from start to finish
  • Experience with TUPE and M&A-related employment issues
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Collaborative and commercially minded

Location Flexible: Glasgow and Edinburgh Office
