Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a Family Solicitor. The role will entail dealing with a variety of interesting and challenging caseloads (both Legal Aid and private Family Law matters).

The firm is open to individuals with NQ-5 year PQE in Family Law. They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience.

The successful candidate will deal with the following types of matters from the start of the matter to completion:

  • Divorce & finances – legally aided and private law
  • Domestic Abuse – both legally aided and private law
  • Care proceedings – public law proceedings
  • Private Law children’s proceedings – both legally aided and private law
