Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known local authority based in West Yorkshire who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.This role pays a competitive rate of:PAYE (Inc.Hol) – £44.06 – £48.41 per hour  Umbrella – £50 – £55 per hour Responsibilities as a Employment Solicitor:

  • Give legal advice on employment law matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, policies, and employment-related documents.
  • To manage Employment Law caseload from start to completion.
  • To motivate and engage the team to create the right working environment to influence effective performance.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience and at least 3 years PQE in employment Law.
  • Previous experience working within the public sector.
  • Good communication skills and experience of dealing with equal pay claims
