We’re recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a nationally recognised Employment team working with a broad range of employer clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations. This role offers high-quality, varied work in a collaborative and supportive environment, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload, from advisory matters to Employment Tribunal litigation
- Advising employers on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, and senior exits
- Supporting corporate and commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions
- Running tribunal claims end-to-end, including drafting pleadings and advocacy
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Supporting business development and client relationships
About You
- 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (might have some flexibility)
- Strong experience advising employer clients
- Confident managing tribunal claims from start to finish
- Experience with TUPE and M&A-related employment issues
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Collaborative and commercially minded

Flexible: Edinburgh or Glasgow Office
