Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is focused and self-motivated.This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 – £55,000 annum depending on experience.Responsibilities as Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Be highly organised and efficient
• Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Advising on leases – Landlord & Tenant Matters, Sales, Purchases and Refinancing
• Experience in dealing with corporate transactions
• Being comfortable with IT and case management systems.

About you as Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 2-5 years’ PQE in Property Law.
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
