Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have experience in Commercial Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Experience of dealing with mixed caseloads of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, corporate support, finances, development and landlord and tenant.
- Experience in property finance (optional).
- Confident in negotiating leases and supporting documents for commercial properties.
About you:
- Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
- A minimum of 3 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
