Commercial Property Paralegal

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing high-street law firm, based in Marlborough, which is seeking an experienced and committed Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team of experts. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in assisting with a variety of property-related matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes.ROLE: Commercial Property Paralegal  LOCATION: Marlborough – hybridSALARY: £30,000 to £35,000 per annumKey Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Paralegal role:

• Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes.
• Conducting legal research and drafting documents such as contracts, transfers, and lease agreements.
• Preparing Land Registry applications and managing post-completion formalities.
• Carrying out property searches and analysing results to advise fee earners and clients.
• Handle any administrative tasks to support the successful running of the team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Property Paralegal is desirable, particularly in residential and/or commercial property. Knowledge of Land Registry procedures is an asset.
• Law Degree / CILEX.
• Proficient in using case management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while also taking initiative independently.
