Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, based in Birmingham, that is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Commercial & Private Client Litigation Department.
Location: Birmingham - Legal 500 Firm
PQE: 4-8 years in Commercial Litigation
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000
The Role: Handle a wide variety of dispute resolution matters. This will include contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, intellectual property, defamation, fraud, procurement, partnership and shareholder disputes. Work with a range of commercial and corporate clients. Conduct business development activities.
Key Requirements:
- You ideally have 4-8 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation (strong candidates outside this range will also be considered) as a solicitor in England and Wales.
- Have solid, hands-on commercial litigation experience.
- Strong business development skills and ideally a client following.
