Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding local authority based in Leicester. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. If you have experience in Civil Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, then this Civil Litigation Lawyer role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive rate of £50-£55 an hour umbrella depending on experience. This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
- Provide supervision and support to colleagues as needed
- Work under pressure
- Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion
About you:
- 3 years PQE handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive
- Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
- Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills
