Service Care Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in West London seeking an experienced Children Panel Accredited Child Care Solicitor to join its growing Family team. This is a senior role offering autonomy, flexible working, and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.
ROLE: Childcare Solicitor (Children Panel Accredited)
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: £45,000–£60,000 DOE
PQE: 5+ years
The Role:
- Manage a complex public and private Child Care caseload, including Legal Aid/CCMS and advocacy
- Represent parents, family members, and children (directly or via CAFCASS Guardians)
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and caseworkers, supporting team development
- Contribute to business development and strengthening referral networks
