Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Durham. They are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career. Please find below further details with regards to the position.This role pays a competitive rate of:PAYE (Inc.Hol) – £44.48 £48.87 per hour Umbrella – £50-£55 per hourResponsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
- Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to childcare and protection
- Able to do advocacy when needed
About you as a Childcare Solicitor:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
