Are you an experienced Multi Trade Joiner looking for a stable, long-term opportunity working on empty properties? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our Voids team in Tower Hamlets, delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment work across a variety of empty residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of joinery tasks in empty homes, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen and bathroom installations.
  • Undertake general maintenance and repair works including minor plumbing, plaster patching, and tiling to bring properties up to a lettable standard.
  • Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Voids team to meet tight deadlines and turnaround times.
  • Liaise professionally with supervisors, contractors, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance and refurbishment work on empty properties or voids within social housing or local authority contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
