Job Description
- Assist trade staff with all types of roofing-related maintenance and repair works
- Carry out work to a high standard, ensuring both quality and customer satisfaction
- Work safely and effectively at height and in various property environments
- Contribute to a team-driven, target-focused maintenance operation
- Interpret and deliver work according to construction drawings
- Understand and apply risk assessments as part of daily tasks
- Carry out multi-skilled trade tasks as required
- Experience working at height
- Minimum of 3 years on-site training
- Valid CSCS card relevant to the role
- Experience working in both domestic and commercial property environments
- Ability to perform in a target-driven setting
- Understanding of building construction, components, and associated trades
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work from construction drawings
- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full-time employees
