Painter & Decorator - Mould Treatment

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team in Bracknell. This is a customer-facing role focused on improving the condition of occupied homes through mould treatment, basic ventilation surveys, and high-quality redecoration work.This is a Full Time Permanent position – You cannot work Self Employed in this role. About the roleIn this role, you will:

• Carry out mould treatment and redecoration following damp or condensation issues
• Conduct basic ventilation assessments (training provided)
• Complete all decorating work to a high standard, including preparation, painting, and finishing
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful working environment in customers' homes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents throughout each job

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in painting and decorating, with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of damp and mould issues, or a willingness to learn
• A customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Full UK driving licence
