Are you an experienced joiner looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team, working on voids properties across the Killingworth, Tyne and Wear area.
As a Joiner working on voids, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works to ensure properties are brought back to a lettable standard quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- First and second fix joinery on voids properties
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- General carpentry repairs, door hanging, skirting, and architrave fitting
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
- Working independently or as part of a small team
- Reporting progress to supervisors and keeping accurate records
- Proven experience in joinery and working on voids properties
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work in the Killingworth area (NE12 6QQ)
- Competitive hourly rate (£16-£18 per hour depending on experience)

The pay range for the role is £18.59 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £15.85 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
