We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive in Manchester to join a leading Housing Association, supporting frontline property sales across Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and other tenures.

THE ROLE

  • As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales performance across multiple developments, acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation.
  • Deliver sales targets across Shared Ownership, Private Sales and related products.
  • Manage leads, viewings, reservations and customer engagement efficiently.
  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to progress sales.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on eligibility, affordability, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct sales viewings, home launches, and attend promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with Homes England and GLA guidelines.
  • Maintain show homes and sales suites to a high standard.

THE CANDIDATE

  • We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in new homes sales or a similar housing sales environment.
  • Proven background in Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale.
  • Strong customer service and sales negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing property sales pipelines and progressing leads.
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical property plans and explain them clearly to buyers.

THE CONTRACT

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
  • Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, temporary.
  • Rate: The pay for the role is £20.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.16 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
