THE ROLE
- This is a key front-line role responsible for delivering effective and customer-focused housing management services across a defined neighbourhood area.
- Conduct tenancy sign-ups, new tenant visits and tenancy verification.
- Manage estate inspections and monitor communal areas.
- Investigate and resolve reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
- Deliver environmental and capital improvement programmes within your area.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support residents.
- Provide inclusive housing services tailored to vulnerable customers.
- Support customer engagement and opportunities for residents to influence service delivery.
THE CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housing management or neighbourhood officer role, with the ability to manage a busy caseload across multiple housing estates.
- Experience of tenancy and estate management, including ASB and tenancy fraud.
- Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement and best practice.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with residents and partner agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have a valid UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
THE CONTRACT
- WORKING HOURS: 9amβ5pm, Monday to Friday.
- LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 3 Month Contract, with Temp to Perm opportunity.
- RATE: Β£25.00 per hour LTD / Β£21.45 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay).
